Complex Training Academy considers its training approach and model to be one that pushes the boundaries of normal teaching process and provides its sudents with the most valubale and up to date techniques.
Scholars Wine Bar does exactly this. A fully operational live Restaurant, Scholars Wine Bar was built to compliment our Hospitality Training and allow our students access to real customers, real food and beverage services and above all skills you cannot learn out of a text book.
Complex Training Academy has been delivering Hospitality Training to people for over 10 years, with great success and Job placement. Through this journey we have discovered a great divide in the access students get to the real world of hospitlaity after completing the course itself. In 2009 over 50% of graduates indicated in a survey that they found the intitial transition from classroom to a real Hospitality position to be "difficult", "not easy" and "not what they expected".
As a result of this we decided to act on this problem and devise a way of making the transition for our students into employment within the hospitality industry, as easy as possible. We did this by opening SCHOLARS WINE BAR. What better way to reinforce and arm our students with experience in a real venue open to the public.
